1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept all terms and conditions without limitation or reservation. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern the use of the Buena Vista Resort Hotel website.

2. Online reservations

The rates published on our website are per night of stay and are valid for online reservations only.

All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and can be converted to national currency (MXN) according to the local exchange rate after the reservation is made.

Rates include Value Added Tax (VAT) and other tourist and government taxes.

Room rate details are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.

Reservations can be made both online and through our reservations office by calling 624-142-0099.

Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Security Deposit. For more information about the deposit, please contact our reservations office.

Reservations may be canceled if the deposit is not received by the due date.

Questions or queries about reservations are not resolved automatically, but individually with a response within 2 business days.

3. Deposit Guarantee

A deposit equal to one night's stay (including room rate, VAT and service fees) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled directly at the hotel on the day of your arrival.

Reservations for promotions or special offers are subject to a Deposit Guarantee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total stay, and the outstanding balance will be settled upon arrival.

4. Payment Methods

A credit/debit card or bank deposit is required to make a reservation.

Your credit card details will be used confidentially solely for the purpose of processing your payment.

5. Check-in/Check-out

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a government-issued photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit to cover any additional charges.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm

Check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon).

Departures after 12:00 pm will be subject to an additional charge of $50.00 USD per room without prior notice.

6. Changes, Cancellations and NO-SHOW Policy

Changes to reservations are subject to room availability.

Canceled or modified reservations are subject to a cancellation fee determined by the reservation season.

The Buena Vista Resort Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card a cancellation fee equal to the number of nights reserved.

7. Hotel Services

Some of the services inside the hotel are free, while others require a minimum fee. Please confirm when making your reservation or contact us to avoid confusion.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of property in the guest's custody.

The guest will be responsible for any damage or loss to the property caused by themselves or a member of their party. Full payment for any damage or loss must be made prior to departure. In the event of non-payment, the guest will be responsible for meeting any claim (including legal costs) made against the hotel as a result of their actions, as well as all expenses incurred in pursuing such claim.

8. Acceptance of Communications

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to receive promotional messages and materials from us from time to time via email or other means of contact provided (including your telephone number for calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive such materials or promotions, you may inform us at any time.
