Cabo Pulmo Diving

Cabo Pulmo is a Protected Natural Area designated a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, one of the most important achievements in ocean conservation and the only hard coral reef area in the Gulf of California.

The reef of the Cabo Pulmo National Park is considered a treasure of the Baja California Sur Peninsula. It is around 20,000 years old and has more than 300 species of fish, which is why it is known as “The Aquarium of the World.” Cabo Pulmo has become a world famous place for diving and snorkeling, with instructors of the highest level.

Species you can see or photograph include cave-dwelling groupers, wave-winged manta rays, huge but docile whale sharks, and dense swarms of reef fish. The water temperature is moderate to very warm and the clarity, on most days, is among the clearest in the world.

Explore the waters of the Sea of Cortez on a snorkeling or diving excursion! Embark on a unique adventure that combines the thrill of exploration with the serenity of snorkeling, offering an unforgettable experience for nature enthusiasts and underwater explorers alike.

Add excitement to your adventure! Plan your departure from the hotel in an RZR and travel the dirt roads at full speed, crossing beaches until you reach your destination in Cabo Pulmo. This unique experience will allow you to discover new ways of experiencing nature in its purest and most splendid state.
